Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Echelon Society ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our website, services, and Discord community (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Membership and Access

Echelon Society is an invitation-only community. Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your access to the Services and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

User Content

By posting, uploading, or otherwise making available any content within our community, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share any content you provide through the Services, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

In no event shall Echelon Society, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law
